Have you ever tried ink powders? Your rain art and your love of colour makes me think you would love them, I like the Brusho brand but rather than opening fully just poke a drawing pin (preferably one easy to remove easily like the ones with plastic barrel heads) and shake where you want that colour. They can be used on wet paper and bloom out when the pigment touches the water, you can apply dry then add water, you can use stencils and masks to get some controlled designs, I’ve used them with bleach painting which was a cool effect but stinky process, they are really good for a quick background for a card or picture/ collage… and you will never get the same thing twice. I guess it is a bit like tie dye for paper. I think they work best on watercolour paper as it can stand getting wet the best. Oh and by adding a little powder and waterier together on a pallet you can paint normally with them. If you fancy more intricate colours Pearlescent Powders work very similarly but the Brusho powders are far cheaper, just plain bright colours and as a little goes a long way a great amount of fun for very little. If you have inktense blocks, a similar thing can be atchieved by grating\grinding them down, fine powder works the best. The blocks in my mind are under rated, if you add a bit of fabric medium to your water and paint with them you can get some really cool fabric paints, they do bleed a little but if you try and account for the bleed or like me use a fabric pen to outline your designs you will never know. They can be heat set with an iron on flat items (you don’t need fabric medium for say T-shirts but I like to still add it personally) but I’ve used them on canvas trainers a lot with just the medium/water mixture and not needed to set them). They have faded slightly but it’s been well over ten years! Thank you for sharing your epic art with us all x
Oh my god my boyfriend loves his cards but he will literally stare daggers into your soul if you bend them even slightly. lol I love him he’s just a bit silly sometimes ❤
I love your art so much. I’m crying right now because nobody tells me that they like my art they say it’s good I like it and then they say and then yeah and then they’re like I like it too thank you and I’m like thank you so like yeah nobody says.L oh that’s so cool. You show me how to do something or or something something sweet something thoughtful except for I like it and I don’t know. I drew something that took me hours and they said I like it and I said three hours I like it something something that I stained my hands with paint all over my hands, it was a canvas. I don’t think I wanna do more art anymore so sometimes I just grab a paper pen go crazy scribbles glitter markers colored pencils doodles anything to make me feel alive. I just want someone to say something that I said I just hope you guys don’t have the same thing.
i understand what you’re saying. I quit art for a few years (8-14 years old) because i felt like i wasn’t good enough- i regret it so much but at least I found it again when I was a freshman in highschool. I think relying on other peoples validation will hinder your ability to grow in any area of your life but especially art. You should find what you enjoy and do it for you. I know its easier said than done but right now you are still growing as an artist and you shouldn’t be so hard on yourself. Focus on learning and being proud of your own work- don’t do it for other people ❤
For people who are confused!!! So basically I had to sit here for so long and think about this lol but. For the string part, you put the string in veryyyyy loosely (without the pull out thing in) and then you put the pull out thing in. So yeah I’m so sorry this is probably so confusing 😭 but it’s so hard to explain
Hi my favorite artist i m really scary can you tell me what is the number 789 they just call me this number😢
Sometimes I just go outside one day and eat rain😊
nevermind i’ll just sleep in when it rains 😩 that took too much work
Childhood memories 💘
Am I the only one who hears “pity party” in the sound?
